This concept is mostly just a goofy experiment with textures. Still need to learn to polish my work more, but right now I'm trying to avoid art atrophy mainly. Artrophy.

My New Year's resolution was to increase my art-making as much as possible this year. For a while it was going alright, but then I fell into kind of a slump. Something like a blog should at least be an outlet but its useless if I don't nurture it, so I'm going to try and make more roughly finished art for it.


Its difficult to tell if you've learned much without trying to draw something human every once and a while. In this case it doesn't feel like I've leveled-up since the last time I tried, but at least its something. I'm also trying to make my computer paintings less muddy. Its not an easy thing, I find my hands always trying to blend colours but if I do it just ends up a mess.
